We are seeking Top Notch producers to target potential clients and develop relationships in order to acquire new advertising accounts for Sr. Account Executives and/or Director of Business Development.

  • A BA/BS Degree in Sales or Marketing preferred, or equivalent

  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel.

  • Strong work ethic, leadership skills, a desire and determination to succeed

  • May require a Bachelor's degree in Business or an equivalent field or discipline; 1-2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

 


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:



  • Demonstrate ability to successfully hit or exceed sales quotas on a consistent basis

  • Demonstrate persistence, ability to overcome obstacles, and strive to improve skills and achieve goals  

  •  Knowledge and understanding of Internet advertising

  • Ability to quickly understand and implement critical sales principles and      techniques taught by sales management


  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry

  • Demonstrate ability to forecast sales and manage a pipeline

  • Ability to develop and/or adhere to sales standards and suggest new ideas to make team more successful


  • Positive attitude coupled with a great work ethic is a must

  • To understand, implement and follow through with your daily work according to the Brand Values and Personality traits adopted by the company
