Sales/Marketing Representative – Employment Recruiting

Our Executive Search firm is hiring 2 additional members to our staff! Top earning potential. We train! You will be involved with filling job opportunities with our client companies. Requires: good sales and/or business experience, negotiation skills, an upbeat  winning attitude, self-motivated style, energetic, persistent, team player, entrepreneural, a take charge-get it-accomplished work style.

Our training program consists of continuous in-house, on-the-job training, and a 16 week on-line training series consisting of 80 daily 30-45 minute sessions while doing the OJT.   

Our company searches for candidates for search assignments registered with us from client employers.  Our staff recruiters are trained in the areas of recruiting qualified candidates and obtaining new search assignments from employers.  There is always enough to do for someone who enjoys making many phone contacts per day.   

We have been in business over 30 years and conduct employment searches for key positions and employees for some of Columbus' and Ohio's and USA's finest companies.  We're well known.

Executive recruiting is a wonderful, challenging (very at times!) and rewarding career.  Many good business and sales professionals find a great new start in their career when entering the recruiting profession.  The ramp-up period can be fast.  It is a profession for those who can stay focused and energetic.
