SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

FlashCut CNC is currently looking to hire a highly motivated, energetic, career driven individual to be responsible for growing the sales of our machine and automation product line based out of our Deerfield, IL headquarters.  We are an established, growth oriented, world leader in PC-Based CNC controls and we are currently looking for the right person to catalyze our growth. Candidates should be a team player, experienced in sales with a strong knowledge and interest in technology and innovation.

As an Account Manager, you will:
 -  Aggressively prospect and develop new accounts including corporations, universities, OEMs and distributors.
 -  Handle customer inquiries and generate sales quotes.
 -  Routinely call on an established customer base, managing established business as well as selling new product sets into these established accounts.
 -  Develop and execute progressive sales strategies.
 -  Work with internal FlashCut departments to help assure high levels of customer satisfaction on sales and support issues.
 -  Contribute to new product planning and improvements to existing products to assure future product sales.

The Candidate must have:
 -  2+ years experience in sales, customer support or engineering in a technology based industry.
 -  BS or BA required.
 -  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 -  Superior negotiation, decision making and organizational skills.
 -  Attention to detail.
 -  Ability to multitask as a team member in a fast paced environment.
 -  Proficiency in MS Office.
 -  Engineering, machine shop, CAD/CAM or CNC knowledge is a plus, but not required
