Growing kitchen cabinet distributor, East Coast Building Supply, is a 29 year old family owned wholesale distributor of complete kitchens serving the Mid Atlantic property management industry. We are looking for a strong seasoned sales team member to join our family.
The ideal candidate will be a sales professional with a proven track record of results. A college degree is a plus as is an in-depth understanding of the local, state and federal government procurement/contracting processes. The candidate should have strong account management and customer service skills, exhibit excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills, work as part of a dynamic team, work with minimal supervision and be passionate about providing exemplary customer service.
As a member of the sales team you will be reporting to the President/SVP of Sales who will be your direct boss. Attention to detail will be paramount as will your ability to develop excellent relationships with team members, clients and outside suppliers.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Your ability to achieve sales goals set by the organization while ensuring company satisfaction, commuting to various client jobsites and handling customer inquires and or concerns, handling invoicing inquires with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism and resolving any miscellaneous customer issues. You must also be able to provide technical solutions for challenges that may occur during field visits with the focus of retaining and/or upselling new business
