Latite Roofing & Sheet Metal, LLC., the 4th largest roofing company in the U.S. is seeking an experienced Service & Repair Sales Account Manager for it's Pompano Beach office.

Job Description:

• Meet with prospective clients and determine customer needs
• Complete all quantative analysis (take-offs) and preapre and submit proposals to clients
• Review scope of work and and close sales
• Process all information on awarded projects for turn over to the Service department
• Follow up with clients during production phases to ensure for customer satisafction
• Assist in processing relevant change orders or scope changes for on going projects
• Ensure that all relevant warranties, punch work and collection matters are resolved
• Other duties assigned by the VP/General Manager of Service & Reroof

Skills and Abilities:

• Able to manage several projects simultaneously
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must posess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must posess good knowledge of roofing materials and applications
• Must possess excellent negotiation skills
• Minimum of intermediate computer skills
• Must possess excellent mathmatical skills

Sit, stand, bend, crouch, drive, type climb ladders, walk on sloped and non sloped roofs etc.

Good command of speech, hearing and vision are required.

In addition, the employee is required to work outside in a tropical climate for up to several hours per day to evaluate roof systems in order to prepare sales proposals.

Education:

• Four year degree in a relevant field or a minimum of four years experience working in a sales position in a roofing company or a combination of relative experience and education.
