Job Description:

Access2Sales Inc. is recruiting for an independent software house that has focused on the development of IP Telephony and Contact Center applications. We are looking for an account manager located in the US (East Coast) with in-depth knowledge of IP Telephony, Cisco or Avaya Contact Center applications, and call accounting.​ Familiarity with Cisco, Avaya, HP, IBM and SAP programs and partners is a plus.

 

Successful candidate will have the opportunity to transition into management within 1-3 years. 

 



Job status: Independent Sales Account Manager (contract)



Duties:



  • Identify market potential by contacting and qualifying accounts.​
  • Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.​
  • Introduce products & services, provide training and support Business Partners
  • Generate end user opportunities and help BPs close business
  • Maintain and report sales activity through a CRM (Salesforce.​com)
  • Be result oriented and generate sales
  • Comply with manufacturer’s reporting requirements and code of conduct
  • Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.​
  • Recommends services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.​
  • Other sales and administrative tasks.​


Skills/​Qualifications: Depth knowledge of agent desktop, Fax Server, call accounting, Cisco & Avaya contact center.​ Familiarity with Cisco, Avaya, HP and SAP programs and partners is a plus.​ Excellent presentation Skills, Internal Communications, Verbal Communication, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Persistence, Meeting Sales Goals, Independent Sales Experience, New Business Development, Relationship Building.​


 



Key to Success: Strong network /​ relationship /​ previous sales experience to local and national manufacturers and/​or distributors


 


Location: Home Office is required.​ Head office - Redbank, New Jersey.​
