Arkansas Caster Supplies (arkansascasters.com) is a growing company that has been in business for two years.  Quickly we have become a leader in the industry as we sell casters to over 300 manufacturers across the country.

 

Compensation:

First 90 days is your probationary period, compensation is commission only with a monthly payout.

After your first 90 days, Arkansas Caster offers to move you to a special compensation package based off your performance.

 

You will be responsible for your tools to success such as, phone, gas, and mileage. There is not reimbursement for these items.

 

 

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Sales Account Manager shall be responsible for obtaining Business to Business Sells, as well as, maintain the account to ensure repeat business.

 

  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Account Management
  • Setting phone appointments
  • Visiting customers, if needed
  • Weekly Reports
  • Customer Services
  • Obtain measurements and specifications for product sold. (will train)

 

  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • Sales experience is a plus, not required
  • Work out of your home.
  • Strong closing abilities
  • Exceptional customer services skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Some local travel
  • A computer and proficiency with MS Office
