SALES – ACCOUNT MANAGER (PAYROLL)

Join our award-winning sales team at The Payroll Company, located in the Madison, WI area, a growing organization that has been providing nationally recognized payroll services for over 10 years.  We are seeking two standout performers who are motivated to sell and service our payroll and ancillary services in the Madison and/or Milwaukee areas.  Your results will be generously rewarded!

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor degree.

2. A minimum of 2 years of successful business-to-business sales experience as demonstrated by:

• An ability to build and develop relationships quickly with key decision makers.  Additionally, a demonstrated background in providing excellent follow-up, responsiveness and customer service.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and developing new accounts through networking, referrals, and, preferably, cold-calling.
• Strong oral/written communication skills and excellent listening skills.  Must be able to explain complex and technical issues clearly.
• Proficiency with PC software, sales automation, customer relationship management and/or web-based software programs is preferred.

3. Possession of a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance is required.
