ACCOUNT MANAGERS

In order to maximize the growth of our organization, we are looking for SALES ACCOUNT MANAGERS to join our team.  This position maintains and expands relationships with current clients and new clients by performing the following duties.

·         Develops and implements strategies to maintain and/or expand sales within an assigned territory 

        to include door to door cold calling, leads and referrals.

·         Prepares a plan for each account to identify what and how short and long term needs may be met.

·         Performs roof inspection for homeowners.

·         Interfaces regularly with the homeowner to maintain account relationship and the insurance

        companies to determine scope of needs to repair roofs.

·         Serves as the main point of contact and the liaison between the homeowner and the subcontractor

        to schedule installation.

·         Oversees the installation process to include verification of production/supplies requested.

·         Provides resolution of homeowner questions, problems, complaints and feedback on services

        rendered.

·         Collects initial funds no later than the day the services are rendered.

·         Provides sales reports on weekly account activity.

·         Enters all homeowner information into data tracking system.

·         Travels up to 90%.

·         Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         0-2 years of sales experience.

·         Must be comfortable conducting cold calls and responding to leads and referrals.

·         Must be able to commit to the time required to create a customer base and build on it.

·         Must have the ability to deal with changes, delays or unexpected events.

·         Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.

·         Basic computer skills

·         Must have the ability to climb roofs, work in an outdoor environment and lift up to 100 lbs.

·         Must be able to travel on short notice.

·         BS/BA preferred.
