SALES ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVES - RENO, NV.

All State Fastener Corporation, an international distributor of fastener products for more than 40 years, wants to add you to our area sales team. We are looking for individuals who understand and have proven experience in the gaming, industrial or construction industries in the Reno, NV area.

Reporting to management, this position will call on and develop new accounts, interact with buyers, builders, designers, General Contractors and all other decision makers in the industrial or construction industries. This key role will drive sales volume and strive to deepen existing account penetration within the industry. Successful All State Fastener Account Representatives identify, develop and strengthen customer relationships by providing the highest level of customer service support using collaborative selling strategies. Supplying the product is just the beginning when All State reaches its customers door. Application engineering value analysis takes over to evaluate the possibilities of cost savings in an on going process system that is customized for each customer’s operation.

Successful candidates will:

• Thrive in a competitive and dynamic sales environment

• Be flexible, highly organized and have a successful history of servicing multiple accounts while consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals

• Be self-motivated and able to work independently

• Have expertise in negotiations, using analytical skills that can identify and cultivate key opportunities

• Enjoy prospecting for new accounts

• Instinctively address all customer questions and concerns promptly with business savvy solution/resolution strategies

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications:

• Successful track record in outsides sales

• Solid analytical skills in identifying client needs and aligning them to product offerings

• Ability to travel frequently throughout the sales territory.

• Multi-lingual a plus
