Appliance Parts Depot is looking for an experienced Sales Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Director of Sales and the department staff. This teammate should have experience working with a sales and/or marketing staff.
Responsibilities Include:
· Provide support to the Director of Sales and department staff
· Screen and reply to memos, mail, email, and phone calls
· Compose general correspondence
· Coordinate projects
· Arrange travel, coordinate events and schedule meetings as directed
· Work closely with Marketing Department
· Collect, compile and fact check moderately complex data and information
· Resolve routine inquiries
Qualifications Include:
· High School Diploma required
· Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience
· PC Skills required (Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat)
· Advanced Excel skills (mail merge, graphs)
· Prepare and analyze internal reports
· Ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks with attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including but not limited to proper use of grammar, spelling and punctuation
· Maintain positive working relationships with both internal employees and external clients
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced work environment
· Ability to maintain highly confidential information
· Ability to exercise judgment and employ basic reasoning skills within scope of established practices and policies
· May require occasional offsite business travel
