About the Position:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our dedicated team of professionals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the day-to-day support of the Sales team. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Maintains Salesforce.com data and is responsible for the accuracy and reliability of data entered; compiles and interprets data and generates reports which monitor sales and related activities, forecasts business, provides sales business status and communicates pricing data; distributes prospect information that has been entered into Salesforce.com to Management and Sales team
· Answers questions regarding Sales policies, products and services and provides information to Sales, Product and Marketing, Client Services and others throughout the Company as needed
· Assist Sales team with information and sales support tools and samples
· Works with Marketing in coordination of trade shows and conferences
· Support Sales team through development of Request for Proposals (RFPs)
· Assist with any other projects as needed or assigned

Reporting:
Will report to the Vice President of Sales and will work closely with all team members and others throughout the Company as needed
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree with 3 or more years experience working in an inside or outside sales environment
· Salesfored.com experience
· Must be able to report on sales activities clearly to all levels within the organization
· Adept at using information and thought-leadership pieces to identify problems that can be solved with Integrity solutions
· Experience promoting Supply Chain or Partner/Vendor management solutions preferred
· Demonstrable experience working successfully in a fast-paced, small-team environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

This position is based in beautiful Waltham, Massachusetts. Waltham is a western suburb of Boston and is the gateway to history with its many museums, artifacts, historic homes, architectural landmarks and horticultural beauty.
