Position Summary:

As an established floral wholesaler, we are seeking an experienced, intelligent and aggressive interactive sales professional to join our highly dynamic Michigan Team.  This is a unique sales position targeting existing customers and developing new accounts.  As part of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to sale to our current customer base as well as develop new accounts by evaluating specific businesses and marketplace trends in order to identify strong prospective accounts.  You will work closely with our sales management team to provide our customers the quality and product they expect.

Requirement

·        Understanding of the floral industry.

·        Direct sales of floral product and services to business owners, develop new client relationships and research new market opportunities

·        Demonstrated record of success in a goal oriented, highly accountable sales environment.

·        Strong experience functioning tactically and strategically

·        Strong communication skills-Oral and Telephone -Extremely detail

·        The ability to develop strong client relationships

·        Map out potential customers & competitors

• Determine unmet needs and market structure


• Continue to meet ongoing customer service requirements as needed.


• Projecting a positive image when representing the company to clients and the community.


• Continue to support and implement procedures when  contacting qualifying leads


• Type A personality, energetic and enthusiastic a plus


• Must have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail


• PC proficiency a must- to work with our programs

Should also have:

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and customers.


• Ability to solve practical problems and communicate effectively with purchasing and the customer.


• Must be flexible as our systems and culture requires it
