All leads are provided. There is no cold calling. Leads are generated through telephone and mailed responses as a result of a highly successful Direct Mail campaign. This is an inside sales position in which all deals are consummated via the telephone.

Seeking a person who has:

• Current California Life and Health licenses


• Bilingual – English/Spanish


• Good computer skills


• Documented sales success (consistently exceeding quotas)


• Detail oriented


• Ability to work in a fast paced environment


• Excellent presentation and communication skills via the telephone


• Ability to understand Life insurance products and underwriting guidelines


• Unwavering honesty, integrity and business ethics
