A professional, discreet, dependable, full service investigative agency comprised of former law enforcement investigators, police officers, insurance investigators and other industry experts seeks a Spanish-Speaking Private Investigator Licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina.


 


JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Spanish-Speaking Private Investigator will conduct investigations to locate missing persons, obtain confidential information and solve issues.  Questions individuals to locate missing persons. Conducts surveillance of individuals using binoculars and cameras.  Conducts background investigations of individuals to obtain data on character, financial status, and personal history.  Writes reports of investigations for clients. Reports criminal information to police and testifies in court. May investigate activities of individuals in divorce and child custody cases. Tape recorded statements from employees of clients or witnesses. May be employed in commercial or industrial establishments for undercover work.    


 


QUALIFICATIONS: 



  • Must already have NC and SC Private Investigator licenses

  • Ability to listen and fulfill the needs of the client

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Strong organization skills

  • Detailed knowledge of investigations and surveillance techniques

  • Proficient computer skills in the following applications:



    1. MS Word

    2. MS Excel

    3. Adobe Acrobat Reader and Writer

    4. Internet search engines


  • motivated self-starter; ability to work independently with limited supervision

  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects at one time

  • Ability to prioritize, expedite, and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work with all levels of staff and management

  • Minimum:  Bachelor’s Degree or Military related training, two (3) to five (5) years of investigation and law enforcement experience, relevant technical training on video equipment, State-issued private investigator license, certification in interviewing and interrogation a plus, certification from the division of homeland security a plus, and excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
