Sales Assistant
NVR, Inc., one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, is seeking experienced sales support personnel to fill a Sales Assistant position. RESPONSIBILITIES:

** Must be able to work 2 weekends a month. **

1. Successfully complete the Sales Assistant training programs.

2. Greet every customer, obtain a specific date/time for an appointment, and follow-up with a thank you letter, phone call, or both.

3. Have a thorough understanding of the product and the construction process. Provide appropriate neighborhood and community information including, but not limited to, schools, shopping, transportation, medical facilities, recreational facilities, etc., to model home visitors.

4. Assist the sales representative with on-going competitive analysis. Assist in preparation of quarterly competitive shopping reports. Follow up with competitors to track sales results on a monthly basis.

5. Through visual inspection, ensure that the models are clean and all furnishings, accessories, and equipment are in first-class condition at all times for prospective customers to view.

6. Ensure a complete and adequate supply of point of sale materials is available including brochures, price lists and pamphlets. When requested, Sales Assistants are to assist in copying and picking up sales materials from the Divisional office.

7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using NVR sales software.

8. Have the ability to go from one job site to another as required. Must be able to work at multiple sites on a regular basis.

9. Perform administrative tasks as assigned.

10. Comply with NVR Affirmative Fair Housing Policies.
