We are currently looking for a Sales Associate/Assistant, to join the team in Westminster, CO.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation, qualifying prospects, email & cold calling, scheduling appointments for sales team.
  • Create marketing campaigns/mailing campaigns, customer retention campaigns and track success of campaigns.
  • Assist with News/Press Releases/Top 50-Accounts , Global Crossing Story.
  • Pricing for customers & prospects.
  • Follow up on and track service Inquiries (SI’s) / GPT.
  • Order Entry, add-on’s.
  • RFP Assistance – research, compiling, project work, printing, binding.
  • Proposal Generation.
  • Monthly Reports for CSM’s & Sales people.
  • Market Analysis, Strategic Profiles, Central Depository, Database Management.
  • Organization Charts.
  • Implementation/On boarding.
  • Welcome Letters/New Customer Packets.
  • Monthly Webinars (Drive & Track Attendance).
  • CLP (Contact Lead Pipeline).
  • Create Sales Force Automation (SFA) Processes.
  • Training & Resource to Sales Force.

Your Profile:

  • Self-starter/self-motivated with desire to gain entry into a sales field.
  • Energetic and proactive.
  • Ability to work effectively with systems and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail & excellent follow-up skills.
  • The ability to multi-task projects is a must.
  • Good communications skills both verbal and written.
  • Do-whatever-it takes attitude.

Your Education:

  • College Degree (BA/BS).
