Sales Associates are responsible for accepting sales leads from various sources and using superior sales skills to assist clients with the purchase of life insurance products. Sales leads are provided and there is never any cold calling.



The Specific Responsibilities of this position include but may not be limited to the following:



· Blend inbound and outbound sales calls for maximum efficiency

· Engage leads from multiple sources, contact prospective purchasers, conduct follow-up calls

· Conduct tele-sales interviews with prospects, discuss needs, recommend appropriate product solutions, provide accurate quotes and initiate sales

· Submit applications in good order and deliver contracts via telephone and mail

· Meet established production and quality goals

· Maintain ongoing relationship with customers for future sales opportunities

· Remain current on regulatory requirements



The compensation for this position includes a guaranteed base salary with the opportunity to earn bonuses based on sales performance. Total compensation potential with top performance is 65-90K+.
