We are a mid-sized company specializing in the manufacture and sale of innovative fitness equipment. We seek a proven sales leader to significantly increase company revenues through increasing sales and reaching new markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented sales professional eager to accept a challenge. This position involves 50% inside sales and 50% outside sales and travel up to 50%.


 


Requirements includes a 4-year degree from an accredited university, 5 yrs. previous sales experience, trade show/convention experience and professional presentation skills. Candidate must be highly motivated and hard working with a proven track record of achieving lead generation and sales quotas.  Excellent communication and computer skills also required.

Details:


        1.      Helps develop outside sales and Lead Generation.


2.        Develops a database of  qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing,


            face to face cold calling on businesses/schools/districts, etc., direct mail, email,


            and networking.


3.        Commits to meeting sales and lead generation quotas.


4.        Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge.


5.        Collaborates with Sales Manager to develop annual plan which will focus the


            Sales Associate on meeting or exceeding sales quotas.


6.        Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.


7.        Evidences an understanding of pricing and proposal models and competition


            products and pricing.


8.         Follows processes and procedures for tracking sales such as entering cards


            and notes into CRM, completing proper paperwork before handing sale


            off to Installation Team, etc.


9.         Works with other team members to answer phone inquiries and responds to


            Web inquiries and email inquiries in a timely manner, and sends appropriate


            information in response.


10.     Attends trade shows as requested.
