POSITION SUMMARY:

Commission based car sales which requires excellent customer service and demanding sales quotas.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acts as ambassadors to our customers, listening to their needs, finding solutions to their car buying needs, and making sure our customers has a great experience.
• Sales at DriveTime is not about standing on a car lot waiting for customers - you must get out into the community, establish relationships, find referrals by being creative. There are so many ways to build your commission!
• Our Sales Associates enjoy a balanced work week, and you are always off on Sundays.
• Other duties include everything you might expect with car sales: talking about different car options, prices, test driving with the customers, handling paperwork, scheduling appointments, following up after the sales, and helping your fellow Sales Associates all while being courteous to customers and other employees.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age with retail or customer service experience.
• Must have an understanding of commission wages and be self-directed to set sales goals. Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Attention to detail is required as well as the ability to interact with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
