Primary Position Requirements
*Meet and Exceed Sales Goals and Targets for Gross Profit, New Activations, Upgrades, Wireless Internet, Smart Phones, Accessories and Client Satisfaction
*Obtain and maintain knowledge of products and services offered by Wireless including pricing, plans, accessories, and all service features
*Provide Client with World Class Customer Service while offering solutions based on recommendations to allow for a dynamic customer experience
*Retention of client's through the sales process and follow up to insure satisfaction and referral throughout client life cycle
* Maintain a Premium Retail work environment at all times
Sales: Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products and services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multiple-task and work in a fast paced retail environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with customer and company information.
