Sales Associate

Current Company is an Internet retailer of performance auto parts and truck accessories offering over 200 brands of products. As a sales associate, candidates would be expected to provide customer support on incoming phone calls, live chats and e-mails from retail customers using our e-commerce web site. Typical contacts from customers include technical questions, seeking assistance in navigating the web site, and requesting ordering assistance. Candidates should have at least a working understanding of automotive systems, have a friendly and helpful demeanor, good communication skills and be able to effectively multi task as needed. In addition candidates should have proficient keyboard skills and a good working knowledge of the Internet and how to navigate it.
