Xceligent will provide true Top Producers with a dedicated support team allowing complete focus on selling rather than administrative tasks. This includes a research team to find and qualify leads, analyze target companies completely, determine references, create and process contracts and proposals, as well as help manage CRM pipeline activities. Candidates must be skilled and comfortable communicating to high level executives using internet and conference call selling solutions.
Position requires handling both inbound and outbound calls from our centrally located Kansas City, MO office. 2+ years of Technology or Commercial Real Estate sales experience required. Knowledge and use of commercial real estate research and information systems preferred but not required.
