Brocade’s Sales Associates are the key to our customer’s and Brocade’s success. A Sales Associate is pivotal in indentifying potential customers and partnering with existing customers to qualify and exceed their needs while building and maintaining lasting relationships.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

·         Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of SAN/LAN & L2-3/4-7 switching technologies and architecture, Brocade and competitors’ products and solutions, and industry trends.

·         Generate qualified leads from traditional and progress avenues.

·         Identify client’s business drivers to determine and articulate Brocade’s value.

·         Build, maintain, and grow customers’ relationships while providing extraordinary customer service and support.

Education & Experience:

·         Pursuing a BS degree in business, communications, or related field.

·         Strong leadership and communication skills.

·         Motivated and determined; persistent and enthusiastic.

·         Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols.

·         Experience with UNIX/Linux, NT or VMS operating systems.

·         Comfortable with technical and business English usage ( documents reading, e-mails, conference calls ) Physical requirements

·         Frequent use of mouse and keyboard

·          Frequent phone usage

·         Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds
