Sales – Energy Management Systems (Orange County)
Under general direction is responsible for the sale of building automation offerings to owners at the Director level. Promote the Company value proposition to building owners by providing technical solutions and operational expertise. Builds and manages long term customer partnerships with target building owners. Utilize sales tools to plan and document sales progress as well as increase business opportunities. Seeks to expand knowledge of Company offerings. Obtain and close sales on a monthly basis in order to meet quarterly and yearly quotas for volume and profitability.
Requirements:
· Must be PC Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Organized thinker and planner with strong financial, operational, and technical acumen
combined with a sense of urgency
· Team player with high energy focused on measurable results
· Assist and support the development and maintenance of key customer relationships
· Ability to create competitive, high quality, timely estimates
· Ability to create formal proposals and submit to prospects
· Ability to create presentation materials from a standard template
Preferences:
· BA degree in business, engineering or related discipline
· Energy Management Systems or HAVC sales experience
· Operating knowledge of mechanical systems
· Ability to make compelling financial benefit/ROI arguments
