OUR TRAINING PROGRAM
You begin your career on an established team working with seasoned professionals. That team will be your guide and mentor in learning the business and teaching you successful business practices. After a 2 –to- 3 year period, you will earn a permanent role on that team in a given specialization. It is the team’s goal to both nurture you and ensure your success.
The onset of the training program will entail significant foot and phone canvassing in a given territory as well as a keen focus on the development of database mining skills and strategies. Ongoing education and transactional exposure will run throughout the program.
OUR COMPENSATION PROGRAM
Sales Associates will start out with a base pay package of between $25,000 - $40,000/Year + Uncapped Commissions based on a variety of factors including experience and education. You will also benefit from a benefits package for eligible individuals of health and dental coverage options.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, you must have a BA / BS / AB. Graduate degrees of an MBA or JD are welcome but not necessary for eligibility. You should possess a strong business and sales interest. Personal characteristics should include: willingness to make sales calls, detailed oriented, sense of urgency, conscientious, results-driven, honesty, professionalism, integrity and a willingness to be a team player.
A New Jersey Real Estate License must be obtained prior to employment (a 2 – 3 week process)
A Drivers License & Automobile will be required
