Sales Associates Needed
We are currently seeking five sales associates that will be responsible for ensuring product sales and achieving an outstanding customer experience in a retail environment. The Sales Associate will execute all retail sales responsibilities including sales transactions, store opening and closing, product demonstrations, and customer service.
For consideration candidates must have retail sales or related customer service experience. Successful candidates will be responsible, motivated, quick learners and quick thinkers, able to demonstrate superior customer service skills and able to communicate clearly and persuasively.
Qualified candidates should be able to regularly work 30-35 hours per week as scheduled. Satisfactory completion of pre-employment background screening and sales training required.
Working hours: All Shifts Available
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
--Complete daily assignments, meet deadlines with accuracy, and demonstrate a sense of urgency
--Accurately execute all aspects of sales transactions
--Demonstrate products and ensure good public relations
--Maintain a clean and organized product display
--Assert a calm demeanor and professional appearance
--Implement policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
--High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
--2 years retail sales or related customer service experience
--Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
--Demonstrated proficiency with computers and consumer electronics
--Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and supervisors
--Able to multi-task in a busy environment
--Able to react quickly and make timely decisions
--Able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays
