Sales/ Business Development Manager - Healthcare IT Consulting

Virtelligence is currently seeking full-time IT Sales Executive to become a part of our rapidly growing C-Level Sale Team. With a national presence, state of the art technology and experienced leadership, Virtelligence is the place to work.

  • The IT Sales Executive is responsible for delivering sales revenue from IT Consulting Services offered to clients and prospects in US. The main focus of this position is to bring in new business and new clients.
  • Achieves and exceeds sales revenue quota targets by winning new contracts and orders through prospecting and developing new customer relationships.
  • Identifies and qualifies legitimate sales opportunities, providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships. Negotiates contractual terms and conditions, and works with the solutions/operations/implementation teams to ensure smooth handoffs. Builds a sales pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
  • Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts and further penetrate existing accounts.
  • Present company service offerings to prospective clients, client consultation and development of proposals. Initiates personal growth by understanding market trends and emerging technologies
  • Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients continuously assessing and communicating how Virtelligence can meet their needs. Develops and executes sales presentations to potential clients. Develops and implements sales plans and activities. Learns about Virtelligence technologies, keeping up to date with the new Service Portfolio and market trends.
  • The position will require supporting our business development outreach initiatives, which will require the Sales/ Account Manager to initiate and organize meetings and phone calls with prospects, prepare letters and email, participate in preparation of sales collateral, and will require substantial phone and meeting skills.
  • This position will also be responsible for the ongoing needs of the consultant base and generating referrals and leads. Competitive, energetic, upbeat and positive and motivated professionals. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including strong self motivation, focus and passion for recruiting candidates for job opportunities.
  • Proven IT Sales experience desired, which has led to a broad knowledge of the Information Technology industry (Keywords: Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Epic, McKesson, Eclipsys and Project Management, sales, staffing, sourcing, qualifying and negotiating). 
  • Drive to provide customers and candidates with an overall solution to technology problems via Staffing solutions, and to stay abreast of technological and business trends.
