full marketing services including: warehousing & fulfillment, kitting &
assembly, digital printing, strategic marketing initiatives, technology
solutions, full agency/creative services, etc. We pride ourselves on staying on
the leading edge of technology and innovation in our field.  Our client base consists of Fortune 1000
clients in many verticals such as Entertainment & Media, Pharmaceutical,
Financial, luxury brands and more. Our objective with this position is to
expand that client base.

 



We are
looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager who will be
responsible for formulating and executing the strategic sales objectives
required to increase sales and grow our client base. CI-Group currently has
team of 5 sales representatives focused on achieving those objectives. 



The ideal
candidate will have experience with successfully leading a team selling
Business to Business (B2B) products or services, and have the practical
knowledge of what sales strategies work and should be followed in that type of
market. 

 



Job
functions include the following:

 



  • Assessing the current sales structure, strategy,
    and target markets
  • Identifying the needed adjustments which will both
    sustain current sales activity and stimulate new sales, focusing primarily
    on stimulating new sales
  • Setting attainable goals and productivity
    thresholds for the sales team in order to accomplish sales targets
  • Managing the sales team and providing any
    necessary support, guidance or training to ensure the goals and
    productivity thresholds are being met
  • Analysis and qualification of business
    opportunities, ensuring they are aligned with, and effectively working
    towards, the sales targets
  • Monitoring and managing qualified sales
    opportunities through to the point of closing the sale, ensuring sales
    targets are being met

are servicing.  The ideal candidate will
have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience, both in sales as well as management.
