SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing the entire sales process and communicating with the customer from the first interaction through the close of escrow. Those with non – real estate sales experience encouraged to apply.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Enthusiastically greet and uncover the customer’s home and community needs · Demonstrate model homes, available homes and homesites, giving the customer an enjoyable and memorable experience · Take complete control over creating urgency within customers · Thoroughly document the transaction, manage progress of the loan, home options and construction · Respond immediately to customer requests for information · Remain in good standing with outside real estate agents of the surrounding market · Maintain working knowledge of company house plans, options, and community information · Maintain familiarity with competitive homebuilders and communities · Conduct all business in a professional manner to serve potential buyers · Increase the goodwill and profit of the company · Must be willing to work some weekends SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: · None QUALIFICATIONS: · Motivation and willingness to learn and improve are essential to this position EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: · 6 months to 1 year sales related experience LANGUAGE SKILLS: · Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate with customers Email your Resume to: clong@mycolemanhome.com
