Alloy Media + Marketing services over 1500 companies including half of the Fortune 200. We are looking to find a Sales Operations Coordinator for our Frontline group located in Darien, CT.
Frontline Marketing is an in-store advertising company that specializes in point-of-sale ads and displays in supermarkets and drugstores across the country. We work with all major Retailers across the country including Kroger, Safeway, Walgreens, Albertson’s, Winn Dixie, Food Lion, Pathmark, ShopRite etc. In our 13,000-store network of retailers we provide programs for the nation’s largest consumer package good companies The company is based in Darien, CT.
The Operations Sales Coordinator is a critical link between our sales team and our operations and accounting teams. The person in this particular position also compiles sales management reports for management that allow FrontLine to track its business and manage its display inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly sales management reports, reservation grids, status reports, etc.
- Reconcile contracts with inventory
- Provide display quantity ordering information to operations
- Track sales potential to assure that inventory is managed properly
- Assist salespeople in preparation of contracts and program planning documents
- Provide billing information to accounting
- Work with clients to secure proper purchase orders and program documentation
- Assist in verification of sales commissions, sales expense reports and vendor invoices
Requirements:
- College grad, preferably in Business/Advertising/Operations/ Accounting
- Good interpersonal skills and must feel comfortable communicating with clients
- Excellent computer skills (good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access would be a plus
- Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to work independently and have good organizational skills.
- Background in administration and operations
- Must be very accurate and pay great attention to detail
