Disney Interactive Media Group (DIMG) is the division of The Walt Disney Company responsible for the creation and delivery of Disney branded interactive entertainment and informational content across multiple platforms including online, mobile and video game consoles around the globe.

DIMG oversees several lines of business. Disney Interactive Studios and Disney Online work together to leverage the platform-specific expertise of the collective group to create a line of interconnected, multiplatform interactive entertainment experiences. POSITION SUMMARY

Position assists sales team with current online advertising clients & agencies, specifically in the East Region based in the New York office. Duties include support of pre and post sale diligence; including but not limited to: data entry (DIGIO, 3rd party ad systems, etc.), research, competitive analysis, assembling presentations, collateral creation and distribution, insertion order generation and revisions, general contact management, administrative duties, client reporting information, scheduling, and intra-departmental coordination.

Assisting & Supporting Director, Account Executives, Sales Associates on Pre & Post sale diligence

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION
2 years Media or Entertainment background desired, preferably in a sales or ad agency environment/capacity. College degree

SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Comprehensive Knowledge of MS Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Knowledge of contact management software (Act, Salesforce, Goldmine, etc)
  • Knowledge of industry proposal submission tools (Atlas, Doubleclick, Dart, etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
