This entry-level position will provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. Position will often serve as a primary point of contact in the Resource Center for requests from and responds to customers concerning order management. The job functions are preformed in dynamic and fast-paced call-center environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
-Accurate & timely response to customer inquires and requests
- Set & meet all turnaround expectations for all transactions. Pro-active communication to pertinent parties if expectations cannot be met and re-set expectations appropriately
- Communicate on a regular basis with sales teams, operations teams and corporate departments, customers, and vendors regarding any open matters.
-Audit all orders and documentation to ensure profitability and accuracy.
-Act as a back up for absent Customer Support Representatives
-Maintain a current level of product, program and policy knowledge by attending training, reviewing and understanding written materials, and utilization of vendor tools
-Update and maintain organizational policies / procedures and database information.
-Manage and monitor inbound customer calls to ensure proper direction and receipt of calls.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2years related experience / training or combination of education and experience.
Effective interaction with personnel at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated independent management of day-to-day activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in the operation of standard office equipment, including a personal computer and related departmental word-processing, spread sheet, graphic and other applicable software applications.
· Demonstrated competence in administrative skills, including information analysis and the application of company & departmental procedures.
· Demonstrated ability to meet prioritized objectives and goals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree from two-year college or university or equivalent experience
