Description:

Sales Coordinator/Researcher

Volt is looking for a Sales Coordinator/Researcher to provide support for a team of Field Sales Representatives. This is a value-add to the Representatives, because the Sales Coordinator/Researcher will be assisting with fostering and aiding their communication with clients. This position will receive calls from the Field Reps, gather information and fill-out templates. They will also discuss why this is a value-added concept with the Representatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Interviewing Sales Representatives from all districts regarding specific customer needs.
  • Extracting all possible data from representative to create a work flow to complete an Executive Briefing Review (EBR) document.
  • Preparing the document and send it through a review process and then delivering the document back to the representative.
  • Gathering additional information to prepare data to use as quality control.
  • Examine customer updates, documents, communications, sponsor emails, evaluation plans, merger packets, etc.
  • Help Account Managers aid their customers.

This is an estimated 1 year contract position through Volt Technical & Creative Communication - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, which is headquartered in Bothell, Washington. We are among the largest IT staffing companies in the US for contract/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated IT companies in the Pacific Northwest.



Requirements:

Required Skills for this Sales Coordinator/Researcher position includes the following:

  • Project/Program Management experience
  • Sales specific software experience such as Siebel or CRM
  • Experience with internal and external customer support
  • Knowledge of Sales and MS Office Suite a plus
