3 Day Blinds, founded in 1978, manufactures and sells branded custom-crafted window coverings, made to our client’s specifications and shipped from our manufacturing facility within just 3 days.

 

Location: The Great Indoors, 44075 12 Mile Road, Novi, 48377

 

We are currently seeking sales professionals to work at our showroom in The Great Indoors and to conduct in-home, consultative sales presentations.    We are seeking driven sales consultants, who strive for customer satisfaction, and want an opportunity for uncapped income and a strong team environment.  We are also looking for candidates who have an ability to tap into our untapped commercial/business market.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

Conduct face-to-face sales presentations with clients in-home and in businesses showing samples and styles to best suit customer’s needs

Measure, sell and follow-through after installation of products to insure customer satisfaction

Actively participate in weekly team sales meetings to collaborate and learn

Communicate regularly with Sales Manager for ongoing training and support

Effectively sell and close on company generated appointments, while also networking and prospecting to self generate leads and sales

Creatively build relationships in the canvassing area to generate appointments and leads.

Complete daily reports to both the service center and to the Sales Manager

 

Desired Qualifications:

A good eye for design/style

Strong networking/marketing skills (contacts in the industry a big plus)

Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills

Understanding of the sales process and strong closing skills

Ability to manage, prioritize and organize self in a home office, outside sales environment

Strong sense of team culture

Service oriented

Outside sales, in-home sales and/or B to B sales experience/Direct sales is a big plus

Flexible in scheduling

Growth oriented and driven to succeed

Desire for ongoing learning and self-development

Industry experience desired, but not required
