HR Staffing & Software Sales Director needed for our Newark office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Source and market PerfectTIME and our staffing services to exisiting and new client companies.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, with particular emphasis on key accounts through appointments, cold calls, and presentations.
- Help lead and manage an inside sales team towards accomplishing results including, excellent growth revenue and increasing the client base.
- Attend and participate in networking events in order to establish and strengthen relationships with clients, as well as, provide general PR.
- Work with the VP of Sales and CEO to develop strategies for new business development.
- Gather competitor information and gain market intelligence.
- 80% of your job responsiblity will be in outside sales.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years outside staffing services or software sales experience.
- Sales-driven with perserverance and having a track record of achieving goals.
- Have a sense of urgency and commitment, with strong follow-up skills.
- Demonstrate ability to meet targets, time management, and organizational skills.
- Display strong, written and oral communication skills.
- Must be comfortable and effective communicating via telephone, as well as, in person.
- Dynamic, outgoing personality.
