We have an opportunity for a sales engineer whose primary responsibility will be for sales of electrical and hydro electric services with secondary responsibility for sales in other business segments, including long term maintenance contracts and other boiler and power industry markets. They will be expected to provide and create a broad network of industry contacts through various means, including phone calls, traveling to meet with contacts, and hosting visits
Knowledge of the power generation industry is required as well as specific knowledge of electrical substation, switchyard and plant systems and hydroelectric maintenance and refurbishment practices. Working knowledge of substation and hydroelectric plant and construction is very desirable.
To be considered for this opportunity and to advance your career with this excellent organization, you must have Bachelor of Science in engineering or equivalent education and experience is preferred. Five or more years experience in the power generating and T&D infrastructure industry working with various technologies mentioned above in addition to at least 3 years marketing/sales experience is preferred.
