A world leader that manufactures and markets tools for the construction industry and the building maintenance industry is actively interviewing for (2) Account Managers to service Energy clients located in the San Diego area. The focus of this position is to generate sales revenue with Energy customers and be aware of related projects for these customers. Responsibilities - Sell, Service, and Promote the product line directly to customers in the Energy industry
- Identify new sales opportunities and customer prospects; and must be knowledgeable and very familiar with Energy project processes
- Responsible for accurate sales forecasts of Energy customers and develop new prospects to meet established sales goals
- Develop, promote, and maintain positive customer relationships with Energy Owners, Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Contractors to achieve forecasts
Requirements - Strong technical ability is required
- 2 plus years proven Success in Outside Sales to Construction, Building Materials or Industrial related markets
- Experience working in Petrochemical- Energy industry and with construction professionals is preferred
- Must be knowledgeable and experienced in reading plans, specifications, submittals and technical documents from customers
- Excellent planning, project and time management skills are a must, ability to work independently on a daily basis and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably degree in Petroleum, Chemical, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Construction Management or related engineering field

• Where do you presently live? These positions are located in San Diego. This position has a bonus at standard starting at $24375 for less than 5 years experience and $30750 for candidates with over 5 years experience.
