Carrig & Dancer, a Washington branch of Banker Insulation, supplies and installs insulation, windows and doors in the greater Seattle/Tacoma/Olympia areas.  We are a proud member of a family owned corporation who has provided environmental products and services for a total of 32 years in the 5 Western States of Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico and Washington.

The recent increased emphasis on weatherization improvements has demanded more attention to the retrofit market while we grow our new construction, residential and commercial support.  To accomplish this task we are increasing our sales staff, searching for  Sales Estimators. As a Sales Estimator you would have the below  responsibilities:

Summary of Position:

• Sales of insulation & window; new and retrofit installations.
  
• Developing new accounts.
  
• Creating estimates and bid proposals for commercial and residential projects.
  
• Managing contracts through completion.
  
• Maintaining existing accounts as assigned by the branch manager.

Skills Required:.

• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Well organized.
  
• Construction/insulation related experience is desired.
  
• Advanced MS Software knowledge
  
• Ability to read & interpret blueprints.
