Sales Executive – 10-09 update
Position Profile
Sales Executive (SE) will be responsible for revenue growth in a defined territory. SE will be able to identify and qualify sales opportunities, apply knowledge of customers’ business and establish a value proposition that results in new business. Sales professional primary focus is on hunting/prospecting and selling to new customers. The SE will also be responsible for cross selling opportunities with existing customers.
Key Accountabilities
· Deliver profitable new business revenue growth in assigned territory.
· Responsible for hunting/prospecting and closing business at all revenue levels (bronze, silver, and gold) across assigned territory.
· Focused on developing and implementing plans for capturing new customers and penetrating existing customers for cross-sell business opportunities.
· Grows and manages a balanced pipeline across assigned territory achieving new business revenue growth.
· Utilize and follow the Sales Express methodology including the timely and proper CRM administration in NetSuite.
· Overseeing negotiation process and ensuring pricing, profitability, operation, contract, and on-boarding requirements are achieved.
· Generate new business leads for DMSD service line and partner throughout sales cycle.
· Selling and managing prospects of senior-level relationships (Director, VP, CIO, CFO)
· Meeting all KPI/Activity requirements as outlined by management.
Qualifications
· High School Diploma Required - Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Prefer 3+ years experience in B2B sales environment, preferably in services environment
· Proven Business Development – Prospecting Results
· Experience in an activity based “hunter” sales environment
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Products – Internet Savvy
· Consistently meeting or exceeding quota for new business
· Effectively manage a pipeline at minimum 5 times the quota across a minimum of 25 accounts
· Able to pass Recall’s rigorous background check process
