Position Description

We are looking for a candidate to fill our Sales Executive/ “hunter” role who will be responsible for successful consultative selling of Finance and Accounting (F&A) outsourcing services at the “C” level, across several vertical industries, in a specific geography within the United States.   This position will be based from a home office in the Chicago/midwest area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Building the Pipeline & Sales Growth by: identifying prospective accounts; developing and executing account plans and sales strategies to target and close new clients;  reviewing and monitoring industry trends and company profile indicators; utilizing and leveraging collaborative networking and cold calling to establish leads; lead preparation efforts for proposals that address client value and measurable results; meeting with senior client decision makers to define needs; develop tailored solutions; and present proposals and negotiate winning solutions.
  2.  Consultative selling through collaborative client relationship buildings by: communicating with key, executive level decision makers; identify and understand their needs; positioning Quatrro FPO Solutions to address client needs and add value to their business; understanding and aligning the prospect's desire to build preferences for Quatrro FPO Solutions’ finance and accounting management services; and tailoring solutions to meet their business needs.
  3.  Teamwork and Partnering.  As a “hunter”, you will grow the business by: cold calling; teaming with industry and subject matter experts; leveraging your industry and functional relationships; business networking; and channel partnership relationships.  Team with the Transition and Delivery organization and subject matter experts to: maximize sales, coordinate service delivery and proactively enhance customer value.  Involve appropriate subject matter experts (SMEs) and other internal resources to ensure maximum account penetration, customer satisfaction.
  4. Self- motivated Leader – “Make It Happen Person”.    Development of self by: developing consultative sales skills; proactively learning about client finance, accounting and procurement functions and needs; BPO''s cost models and pricing; staying current with all aspects of busines; learning and keeping others informed of competitive market information, educating staff by providing information; training; conducting joint sales calls; building relationships with other stakeholders within the Quatrro FPO Industry Groups and sales organization.
  5. FAO Industry Subject Matter Expert.  Lead industry FAO initiatives and benchmarking; attend and actively participate in trade shows / conferences, including conferences both educational and customer oriented; and be sought after by prospective clients and industry leaders.

Qualifications:

Experience in and the ability to identify, develop and successfully close sales through networking, cold calling, client referrals, and personal referrals with mid-market companies is a strong requirement of this opportunity.   It is preferred the individual has strong knowledge of the BPO market (Business Process Outsourcing), accounting/finance and related technology.  FAO selling experience a plus (SAP experience a plus).   Duties and responsibilities include:    

 

Additional Requirements:

  1. BA or BS in Business, Finance or Accounting required; MBA preferred. 
  2. Has 5+ years of a proven track record of consultative selling BPO / FAO solutions across any one of the following verticals: Manufacturing, Professional Services, Restaurants, Retail / Wholesale / Grocery, Non-Profit or Franchisee / Franchisor organizations
  3.  The ideal applicant will have extensive experience calling on C-level executives at mid-market clients, with a high level of financial and business acumen.
  4.  Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  5.  Strong collaborative relationship building, analytical and proactive problem solving skills
  6.  Ability to travel 40% - 60%, or as needed
