Responsible and accountable for creating new, and maintaining, clients. The primary focus is prospecting for new clients (50%). This position reports to the Regional Sales Director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
in order of importance. Other duties may be assigned:
1. Prospects new clients 50% of their time. Prospects for line-of-business expansion within respective accounts.
2. Establishes and maintains direct contact with our regional prospects throughout the assigned geography.
3. Develops and maintains an account target list for each of the key accounts within their assigned geography.
4. Works with appropriate headquarter departments to respond to Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), as well as other unsolicited proposal information. This includes pricing, administration, operations, IS, sales, etc. This includes developing a pricing strategy that ensures appropriate gross margin levels are achieved.
5. Develops and delivers presentations to prospective regional accounts.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of two years direct selling experience (preferrably selling service solutions);or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Experience interfacing with C Suite potential buyers
Must becapable of developing a clear, sales vision with the ability to communicate that vision.
Base $40 to $60K with additional $40 to $60K in commisions
