- Manage assigned quota and forecast opportunities accurately
- Ability to drive new revenue within 6 – 9 months of hire and drive business consistently
- Utilize and update the Sales Force Automation System and provide timely feedback on requested reports
- Negotiate contracts, comfortable dealing with technical and contractual issues
- Stay current on new e-business technologies
- Fundamental understanding of Supply Chain Management, Product Information Management and software sales
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Strong problem solving, presentation and organizational skills
- Independent, self-starter with excellent matrix management skills
- Team player with leadership ability
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required
- 8+ years of successful sales experience, 5 or more years working in a software, SAAS or outsourcing sales space
- Strong business/sales acumen coupled with a sound understanding of B2B integration technologies and strong knowledge of Retail and Consumer Products sectors
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quota
