The primary job duty for the Sales Executive is to generate leads through cold calling, networking, web marketing, and trade show follow up. All leads are tracked in Salesforce.com, and rigorous attention to detail and outstanding phone and email follow-up are required.

• Proven and demonstrated sales experience with a focus on Staff Augmentation
• Ability to reach high leveled contacts who make hiring decisions
• Demonstrable understanding of the structured sales process
• Verifiable success executing work on time
• High-energy self-starter
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent phone personality
• Ability to understand complex consulting and software based initiatives from both an IT and Business perspective
• Competitive and changing very rapidly and the candidate for this role must be able to stay ahead of the curve
