Job Description:
TERRITORY: Metro Boston to the MA turnpike (Candidate must live within the territory or be willing to relocate themself).
BASIC FUNCTION:
Individual is responsible for the profitable sales growth of Kohler & Kallista brands through the showroom channel. Drive market share by developing Kohler & Kallista commitment in distributor, dealer and K&B showrooms. Develop and own the relationships with channel influencers including designers, architects, and custom homebuilders.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive implementation of Kohler showroom program and promotions
Drive implementation of Kallista showroom program and promotions
Train showroom sales staff
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or sales required. A minimum of three years sales experience with a solid understanding of two-step distribution processes. Individual will preferably have experience working with designers/architects. Knowledge of residential construction industry would be a plus. Good communication and presentation skills are key.
