Sales ( Full time and Part Time) Leasing Consultants

Position Description:

Irvine Company Apartment Communities is now hiring talented sales professionals for our luxury apartment communities in Orange County.

*High earning potential (hourly + commission)and generous apartment discount.

Seeking seasoned Top Producers with 3-5 years of professional sales, business to business, business development and/or account management experience preferred. Full Time and Part Time day shifts are available.

As a Leasing Consultant you will:

  • Be the initial contact between the public and the company. Represent the quality of our product.
  • Maintain high occupancy levels by demonstrating the value in our community to prospective residents.
  • Successfully lease apartments by meeting customers' needs.
  • Assist in marketing the property and generate traffic.
  • Evaluate the needs of our customers while communicating the corresponding benefits.
  • Inter-company communication of availability.
  • Support the marketing functions by recording accurate data on prospects and new residents.
  • Utilize company resources under the direction of the Community Manager to facilitate leasing.
  • Aid in achieving financial goals by effectively qualifying prospective residents and verifying applications.
  • Prepare lease documents and related paperwork.
  • Promote positive and proactive resident relations by working to make the living experience, particularly the first and last impressions, of the highest quality.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a sales, retail, or customer service role a strong plus.
  • Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people.
  • Sales-driven personality and a competitive nature.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work weekends.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
