About the Job
Paramount Improvements is currently looking for a new office in the Milwaukee and Upper Illinois Territory. Must have experience managing sales representatives as well as general knowledge of installations, finance, and office management. Must have experience retailing vinyl windows, roofing, siding, and sunrooms. Salary plus benefits.
We are also seeking experienced sales representatives for the new office.
Requirements:
*Five years experience managing multiple employees.
*Five years experience managing sales reps.
*Experience retailing vinyl windows, roofing, siding, and sunrooms.
*General working knowledge of installations of vinyl windows, roofing, siding, and sunrooms.
*General knowledge of financing and office management.
