About the Job
Mobile home park in Stockbridge, GA needs an experienced and effective salesperson/leasing agent to source leads and sell mobile homes. Ability to speak Spanish is required. $750 commission per sale! This is a great opportunity for someone who knows how to close sales! Plus, have the satisfaction of helping people realize their dream of owning their own home!
- No fixed hours, work by appointment only which will involve evenings and/or weekends
- Should be making between 5 and 10 sales per month
- Must be assertive
- Must be willing to answer sales calls at various hours of the day
- Must be able to follow up on leads and not let sales slip away
- Must be willing to visit/call area businesses and circulate fliers
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
