Primary Duties and Responsibility

• Support inside sales representatives and management in customer service and sales
  
• Coordinate with sales representatives to respond quickly to customer needs, requests and problems
  
• Maintain accurate records and an organized work environment
  
• Handle all incoming calls promptly
  
• Entry Level Sales responsibilities followed by full time Inside Sales responsibilities with the goal of promotion to the Sales Manager position in 18-24 months
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers
  
• Ensure excellent customer service
  
• Establishing new sales opportunities in an exciting environment

Knowledge and Skill

• Bachelors Degree Required
  
• Must be willing to relocate in 18-24 months
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Highly motivated and persistent personality
  
• Ability to multi-task while learning new information about our customers and our industries.
  
• Must be a self starter with a strong commitment to achieve company sales goals
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office and internet
