Fast paced, entrepreneurial jewelry design company has an opportunity for a high energy, highly motivated and highly diversified Business Manager/Controller. LuckyClover, Inc. is seeking an individual to keep up with our exponential growth and our burning desire and motivation to grow even more.

LuckyClover currently designs and manufactures jewelry in our Farmington Hills, MI facility while importing other types of jewelry from all over the world.We sell our jewelry at big box warehouse clubs nationwide and are quickly expanding into other product lines as well as other sales arenas – the sky’s the limit so we need some help keeping it all together.

Duties:

*Day to day and long range management of field sales staff. Includes development and management of sales programs, field training, scheduling. Responsible for all levels of preservation and growth of the core business.

*Strategic short term and long range planning for sales growth by identifying new lines of business. Includes identification, solicitation, presentation and program development for new accounts as well as current account maintenance and development.

*Provide office assistant support to CEO owner who is spending too much time working IN the business and not enough time ON the business.

Requirements:

*Undergrad degree. Marketing/Sales degree a plus.

*Proven experience with strategic growth and development of a multi-million dollar retail business.

*5 + years of experience as a Field Sales Manager.

*Fluent in, Excel, Word and presentatioin software.

*Highly organized and superior attention to detail a MUST.

*Ability to focus in the midst of chaos.

*Ability to work independently with little direction.

*Ability to work in a team environment – again sometimes with little direction.

Preferred

*Experience with franchise or multi-store retail locations.

*Inventory control software and management.

*Flexible and open to do whatever it takes to get the job done, even when it’s not in your job description.

*Computer/IT knowledge – so we don’t have to hire that out too.
